You should name servers supplied to you through our hosting account information E Mail.
How to get in touch with you for help?
We are a part of ExpertWebHost.NET hosting network. Please mail me directly at expertwebhost[at]gmail.com for any technical or billing related issues. I'll be available on gtalk for chat occasionally.
How much time is required for account setup?
We have instant account setup after receiving your first payment. Please check your email Inbox and Spam folders if you did not receive it. Contact us for help if problem dont resolve.
How to login to my control panel?
Just type http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/. Enter your username and password as given in your hosting account email. CPanel control panel will be started. Use contact form to get in touch.
What payment options do you currently accept?
We currently accept PayPal payments. We accept all major credit card through Paypal. We will be adding new payment options in the near future.
I already paid thru Paypal, but did not receive an e-mail with my account information?
Some times your e-mail provider may filter the e-mails we sent to you. In this case, please first check your junk/spam mail box. If it's not in your spam/junk mail box, you will see all the e-mails we sent to you in our client portal. Please login to your client area. Once logged in, click on "My E-mails" under the Client Area Links menu on your left.
